Now various Newa keyboard styles are available for Keyman keyboard and separate keyboard app:
Now you can use "Nepal Lipi" Newa script in android mobiles having android 9 Pie update. If you see Newa text instead of boxes, then it's working in your mobile.
For those who have android 9 pie or higher, here's process to get NEWA keyboard.
1. Install "KEYMAN" app and add Nepalbhasa Language:
Choose "Nepal Bhasa (Newa) from adding keyboard settings in Keyman "Add New Language" from top 3 dot menu
2. or Install new "Newa Keyboard - Type Newa" app for android 9 or higher
